*We are currently experiencing longer than normal processing times due to order volume, we are doing our best to get everything out as quickly as possible

Please read our shipping policy carefully.

ORDER PREPARATION

We do our very best to pick and pack orders the following day, please expect order processing to take 1-2 days to prepare your order before it ships out. If you are ordering a bouquet, Kandy cake, gift basket or any other gift items the processing time for gifts is 3-4 business days. If you need your order urgently feel free to reach out to us via email we can accommodate rush orders at an additional fee.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that we do not have your item in stock, you will be notified within 24 hours of your purchase, unless we are waiting on an expected shipment you will be refunded the full amount. Please note that we do not refund shipping/delivery fees.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

Canada Post Shipping Policy

Items are shipped out Monday through Friday. Canada Post usually picks up the morning orders around mid-day.

We ship US and Canadian orders using Canada Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation when your item ships. Tracking information is only available to Canadian customers and is provided in the email when your item ships out. Canada Post expedited shipping usually arrives within 2-5 business days, depending on your Canadian Location.

Returned Shipments

Please make sure to fill in the correct shipping information, all shipments are sent to the information you provide on your order. If the item is returned to us, it is your responsibility to reship the item.

Chocolate & Hot Weather

Please be advised that we offer insulated shipping and ice packages for shipping chocolate during the summer months. We only ship our chocolate in Canada at this time. The option to add this to your items/order is available on most product pages. We are not responsible for melted chocolate.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

US Orders

US orders are also shipped using Canada Post. Tracking information is unavailable at this time for US shipments. Orders will arrive usually around 6-10 business days once shipped. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

LOCAL DELIVERY

 

We are pleased to offer local delivery. We deliver via courier to addresses within 6km of our location. Our local deliveries go out on Wednesdays and Sundays. Orders placed by Tuesday at 5pm will be placed on WEDNESDAY DELIVERY. Orders placed up until Saturday at 5pm will be placed on SUNDAY DELIVERY.

No-Contact Delivery. We are offering no contact delivery, the parcel will be left by the door. Our courier will knock or ring the bell. We take photos of all deliveries in case there is an issue. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE HAVE HAD MULTIPLE PACKAGES TAKEN FROM DOORSTEPS. Our courier will phone or text the phone number on the shipping address upon delivery.


Timing & Scheduling: Currently at this time we do not offer times lots for delivery. Your item will be delivered based on location and route. We cannot guarantee a specific time for deliveries, if you would like to receive your item at a specific time please choose CURB-SIDE so we can accommodate you.


COVID-19 Precautions: Our entire team, including our couriers, has received the second dose of the vaccine. Our couriers wear masks during delivery.


Apartment Buildings/Condos. We deliver to the lobby only, please advise us how to best do this if required. If items cannot be left at the delivery address, the item will return to our location and be placed for pick-up.


CURB-SIDE PICK-UP

We do offer the option to pick-up your package. If you would like to arrange a same-day order please contact us directly by phone 416-606-7690.

Unfortunately sometimes the postal system has delays and this is beyond our control.
